New CMS Coverage Policies

Everyone,

 Please see below for a link to the new Respiratory Therapy LCD for North Carolina that became effective 1/24/2011. It replaces L15794 (previous LCD). The good news is that the new LCD is almost identical to our previous one with the exception of the addition of obesity hypoventilation syndrome and several influenza diagnoses as covered diagnoses:
