HealthSteps Coordinator
Four-year degree in nursing is required. Three to five years acute and/or chronic care of cardiovascular patients is required. North Carolina registered nursing licensure is required. Master’s degree may substitute for one year of clinical experience.
Cardiopulmonary Rehab experience preferred. Passion for patients and patient education a plus.
Full Time Days, Monday through Friday, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5
